# A & A Labs

> A & A Labs is a development team building web applications, multi-tenant SaaS platforms and AI-integrated systems designed to remain in service for years — and the search work that brings traffic and leads to them. Senior engineers across healthcare, fintech, commerce and travel.

A & A Labs is a technology agency registered in Pakistan:
senior engineers, AI specialists and search strategists working as one team. We build custom
software and AI systems for other businesses, operate them after launch, and do the technical SEO
and marketing that make them findable. We also build our own products.

This file is a map of the site written for language models. Every link below points at a plain
Markdown or plain-text document. Prefer these over the HTML pages: they carry the same content
without navigation, styling or scripts. Content is published under the byline of a named author
and each article states when it was last substantively updated.

- **Multi-tenant SaaS platform engineering**: We build subscription platforms with securely isolated tenants on shared infrastructure — billing, usage metering and admin tooling designed in from the outset, so onboarding the hundredth tenant requires no re-architecture.
- **Systems integration, CRM, ERP and process automation**: We connect systems that were never meant to interoperate — CRMs, ERPs, messaging channels and payment providers — and automate the processes across them, engineered to tolerate failure so outages never leave divergent records.
- **Legacy modernisation, rescue and AI-codebase hardening**: We take over systems that have become costly or risky to change — including AI-generated ‘vibe-coded’ prototypes that demo well but are not production-ready — and modernise them by audit, upgrade and refactor while they stay in service.
- **Performance, reliability and managed maintenance**: Where systems slow under growth the cause is usually data-access patterns, not server size. We profile and fix at the query, index, caching or job level, then keep it monitored and maintained after launch.
- **Search, traffic and inbound lead generation**: A system nobody can find is not finished. We do the technical SEO, content architecture and answer-engine work that grows qualified traffic and turns it into inbound leads — measured on pipeline, not on rankings.

## Frequently asked

- **Do you work with existing codebases?** Yes. Most engagements start with something already running. We will read it before we quote, and tell you if the honest answer is a rewrite.
- **Who owns the code you write?** You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository under your own account, on infrastructure you hold the keys to. There is nothing to license back and nothing to buy out if you leave.
- **What does "vibe coding" mean when you do it?** It means we let models write the first draft and put a senior engineer in front of every commit. It buys days on a prototype. It does not mean shipping code nobody on the team can explain — anything reaching production is reviewed, tested and understood first, and prototypes are labelled as prototypes so they are never mistaken for products.
- **Can you do SEO as well as the build?** Yes, and having both in one team is the point. Crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals and the machine-readable surfaces AI assistants read are decisions in the codebase. They cost very little during a build and a great deal to retrofit onto a finished one.
- **What is AI SEO, and how is it different from normal SEO?** Normal SEO is about ranking a page in a list of links. AI SEO — also called answer-engine optimisation — is about being the source an assistant quotes when it answers instead of linking. In practice that means answer-first page structure, clean machine-readable copies of your content, consistent entity and citation signals, and measuring whether you actually appear in generated answers. We do both, because the same content has to win in both places.
- **How do you handle our customers’ data?** As a processor, acting on your documented instructions under a published data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not train models on it. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days and each one gets a status URL you can check.
- **Where are you based, and who are we contracting with?** A & A Labs is registered in Pakistan. We work with clients across time zones, write everything down, and contract as the named entity in our published legal documents.
